I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT, HELP!

Whether you have a specific vision in your mind or if you really are unsure what you want or need, we can work with you to come up with ideas to style your next event!  Feel free to include as much or as little information as you would like for us to use such as themes, colors, or just general thoughts and ideas.  You may also send us pictures for ideas that you may have.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM GARLAND SIZE I CAN BUY?

We offer garlands in 5 foot increments starting at 10 feet.  We charge a starting base price of $15 per foot that can be customized for your event.  If you are looking for something we do not offer or smaller, please contact us!  We can sometimes accommodate atypical requests depending on size and quantities needed.

HOW LONG WILL MY GARLAND LAST?

Adirondack Balloon Company only uses the finest quality of balloons and with that being said balloons, by nature, are temporary.  We make no guarantee how long your balloons will last once out of our possession.  The lifespan of an inflated balloon can vary due to weather, temperature, handling, and other varying factors.  

We have seen some of our work last days in direct sunlight, and some of our work last hours indoors.  It all varies, and your best bet is to handle with care!

WHEN IS MY DEPOSIT DUE?

50% of your balance is due at booking to reserve your date.  The remaining 50% of your balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event.  Your deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of your event.  Adirondack Balloon Company reserves the right to accommodate requests to transfer deposits to a different date.

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  With that being said, we know things happen!  If you need to change your date, reach out as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to reschedule you.  Adirondack Balloon Company makes no guarantees that we will be able to accommodate such request.

MY EVENT IS OUTDOORS AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO RAIN!

In the case of an outdoor event, it is important to have a backup install location that is indoors if possible due to the unpredictable New York weather.  Adirondack Balloon Company reserves the right to refuse install in direct sunlight or inclement weather.


In the event of a cancellation or inclement weather, reach out!  We will do our very best to accommodate a transfer of your deposit to a different date.  Adirondack Balloon Company makes no guarantee that we will be available and able to accommodate a replacement date

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION?

This all depends on the distance we are traveling, the time it takes for us to install, as well as other varying factors.  There is no set fee, and is a case by case basis.  

Our "Basics" garland will often fit in a large SUV and is available for pick up and self-install.
